Giving back to the local community is what we love to do

We’re committed to managing our operations with the community in mind

Healesville Greyhounds organises and hosts many events to support great causes and offers local groups and residents opportunities to meet, raise funds and enjoy themselves.

The club directly employs a number of permanent and casual staff and greyhound racing contributes more than $63 million to the Outer Melbourne region, providing hundreds of local jobs and a market for suppliers of goods and services.

The Big Freeze

On Sunday 8th June we held our second ever Big Freeze event with some of the biggest names in greyhound racing appearing for the greatest of causes!

With your help we blew our expectations out of the water with a final donated amount of $31,362!

Thank you to everyone who got involved whether it be donating their time or money. We look forward to making this even even bigger and better next year.
