Here at the Melbourne Greyhounds we're all about value for money, friendly service and reimagined bistro classics.

'Bistro classics done better' has inspired us to look at Australia's favourite dishes and reimagine them into something more tasty and appealing. This doesn't just revolve around main meals, but entrees and desserts too. Perfect examples are our Smoked Sticky Date Pudding and Asian Crispy Pork Salad. They are a far cry from what you'd expect from a greyhound racing club.

And yes, we still have some traditional bistro staples, but expect a 'City View' improvement with every mouthful.

At the Melbourne Greyhounds we remain focused on providing an affordable night out and offering a unique experience. There's no entry fee to the racetrack, and there's no need to pay for parking or even the night's racebook!

Every week we also offer a range of dining specials to help out the hip pocket. Seniors meals are just $17.50 each and expect an impressive rotation of weekly and seasonal specials!

A night out can quickly become a very expensive occasion once you add in the drinks but that's not the case in the City View Bistro

Our dining room bar serves wines starting at $7 a glass and our early evening beverage specials (from 5 to 7pm) mean the budget can remain intact for a celebratory drink later in the night.

Whether you want to hit the top shelf, or prefer a made-to-order cocktail, we have all the options for you to make your night a special one.
