Some of the biggest names in Australian greyhound racing feature among the acceptances, setting the stage for a massive night of Group 1 action at Melbourne’s premier greyhound racing venue.

The Group 1 Sportsbet Topgun has attracted 18 acceptances, including perennial group contenders and up-and-coming performers from across the country.

From Canya Mayhem to Off The Chart, Wrongly Accused to Jungle Johnny, the panel will have it’s work cut out for it picking the final eight.

 

In the G1 Sportsbet Topgun Stayers a quartet of Group-1 winning superstars are the likely headliners with Without A Trace, Magpie Hector, Miss Envy & Ayden’s Warrior all accepting, while the next wave of 700m weapons are also among the 17 acceptances.

The meeting will also feature the Group 1 Hume Cup, completing a blockbuster triple-header of Group 1 racing.

The final fields for the two Group 1 Invitationals will be announced on Giddy Up with Gareth Hall on Thursday 29 October across SEN Track & Racing.com

All three G1 box draws will be conducted on Monday 2 November.
