From Bieber to big calls: Phoenix Flight Path heats up
Big calls, questionable lookalikes and a Christmas tree debate nobody saw coming. Episode two of Phoenix Flight Path has a bit of everything.
James Van de Maat and Corey Smith are back, and there’s plenty to unpack following an emotional farewell to Wentworth Park on Million Dollar Chase night.
But first, James has apparently become the Justin Bieber of greyhound racing, thanks to an almost convincing lookalike.
And in perhaps the most pressing question of the episode… is October 20 too early to put up the Christmas tree? The debate is on.
The boys also look back on the Dream Chasers Golf Day, where Corey Smith pulled a classic Shakey Jakey, happily taking the credit after being carried by a seriously talented team of golfers.
Everyone’s favourite segment, Power Rankings, returns and the selection axe has already been swinging. Some big names have been shown the door to make way for some exciting new contenders.
To round out the show, Corey catches up with Shannon Tremellen, the man who led Sportsbet’s Phoenix pursuit of Wrongly Accused.
