Pepper Crusted Roast Beef Sirloin - $30

For the Christmas traditionalist at heart, you can't go past a roast beef dinner with all the trimmings. This dish is what festive dining is all about.

THE DISH
Pepper Crusted Roast Beef Sirloin, served with Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes, Honey and Sesame Roasted Pumpkin, Buttered Seasonal Greens, House Baked Yorkshire Pudding and finished with a Rich Shiraz Jus.

Serving also comes with a complimentary fresh baked dinner roll with butter.

Fig & Cranberry Stuffed Chicken Breast - $30

Should the beef not take your fancy, then this delicious chicken dish should more than suffice.
