If you missed last year’s festival, then you missed five nights of unbelievable greyhound racing and hospitality. From Saturday November 11 to Saturday December 16 the Melbourne Greyhounds and Sandown Park will again be alight with the second running of the Dream Chasers Racing Festival – the richest greyhound racing series in the world. These five nights of racing won’t stop the nation, they’ll rock the nation.

The five nights of racing promise to be electric and include the $1 million Group 1 Sportsbet Melbourne Cup (held at Sandown) and the $1.65 million race – The Phoenix (held at The Meadows). Trainers, owners and racers promise to leave nothing out on the track as they battle to grab a share of these giant prize money purses.

How to be a part of it.

To experience the thrill of the chase live, it’s simple –  you just need to turn up. Track entry is FREE to this year’s series. However, if you prefer to do it in style you can book any of the first class hospitality packages that start from just $20. These packages range from formal race night dining down to trackside marquees with live music, food trucks, drinks and heaps of giveaways.
